Frequently asked questions

How do I start using Mindify?

Open the app and tap "Continue Anonymously" or "Ask something else" to start instantly, or sign in with your email to sync across devices. You'll get a free trial to try the coaching out before subscribing.

How do I activate the free trial?

Open the app, sign up, and pick a plan to start your free trial. You'll need to add a payment method, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then to avoid charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mindify → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mindify → Cancel. On web: open the app, go to Settings from the side bar menu on home page, and tap subscription, then manage subscription, then tap cancel.

I forgot my account or lost access

Sign in again with the same email you used originally. You'll receive a one-time code to verify and recover your data.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings from the side bar menu on home scrceen, profile, then Delete account. This removes your data permanently.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell or share your conversations. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Is Mindify a substitute for therapy?

No. Mindify is a coaching tool, not a medical or mental health service. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
