We understand that the nature of this app means you may share personal thoughts and sensitive situations. That's exactly why privacy is foundational to how we've built Mindify — not an afterthought. We want you to feel safe using this app, knowing that your experience is yours.

Mindify is operated by Psychology Tips Daily owned by Zedvisory, a consultancy registered in the Netherlands, and is subject to European data protection standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What We Collect
- Account information: If you choose to sign up with email, we store your email address for authentication. You can also use the app without an account.
- Device information: If you enable notifications, we store a device token and your timezone so we can reach you at the right time.
- Analytics: We collect anonymized, non-identifiable usage events (such as app opens and feature interactions) to understand how people use the app and where we can improve.
- Service data: When you use the app, inputs are processed in real time to deliver personalized responses. We retain only the minimum technical data necessary to maintain continuity and quality of the service across sessions.
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service.
3. AI Processing
Mindify uses AI to generate responses. Your inputs are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to deliver the service in real time. Anthropic does not use your inputs to train their models. No human at Mindify or Anthropic reviews your conversations.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the app:
- Google Firebase: infrastructure, authentication, and analytics
- Anthropic: AI processing
- Brevo: email delivery for opted-in notifications only
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and processes data only as needed to support our service.
5. Data Security
All data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is strictly limited. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained only while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all associated information is permanently removed from our systems.

Mindify is fully subject to the General Data Protection Regulation. Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (delivering the service you've requested) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (such as opting into notifications). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. For Users in the United States
If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. If you are a resident of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have similar rights under your state's legislation.
